Ok, so I followed the instructions and etc.

The only problem is that I'm trying to use RIX and install Loader2

It already FOUND my iPod...

Finding UNC path...
IPod has been found at drive '5'.
Finding iPod drive letter...
--- End code ---

--but it pops up and say "iPod not found. Sysinfo file does not exist. Now aborting."

I need to download Sysinfo file right? To get RIX work with my iPod?  :-\

For help with RIX, you should contact the author.

if you want Rockbox, you can always just use the official Rockbox install instructions here:
