JBR10: Car Charger, non archos model selection

Dear Forum:
I received my JBR10 v1 many years past for my birthday.  Totaly Old!
Since then have migrated to RB v2.4 and love it.

Would like to play and charge this unit using the cigarette charger in my truck.
Please advise as to what voltage I need and any problems I might encounter.

Also it's been a while since I updated my RBox.
Please direct me to the correct version and procedures, I'm a dufus at finding this info.

As for installing information, see the manual.  This can be located via the "manual" link on the sidebar to the left.
