Resumeing from AC3 files on H140

Does anyone here know if there's a problem with AC3 playback in that you can't resume from power-off? In H140 daily build from 2007-02-15, the player freezes right before playback should begin, and on the 2007-02-20 daily build, it skips a track or two ahead (in the playlist) and plays that instead.

Is this because AC3 files aren't supposed to be played from random points in the middle but instead, only at the beginning?
