Getting videos on the ipod

How do i put videos on my ipod with the rockbox firmware. The mp3z are just drag and drop, but with videos i drag and drop, they are on there but i can not play them through the ipod. If i connect the ipod to a another computer i can watch them on the comp but how about the ipod. Yes i have a video black 30gig ipod.
