The Mpegplayer plugin is a work in progress.
There are no "bugs".  The idea of "bugs" is presupposing a state which just isn't so.  
There are, however, unimplemented features, unintended behaviors, and all sorts of other quirks you should expect from something which is barely out of the proof-of-concept phase.
