I'a an Ipod 80GB user, and do you know if the dev for Ipod 80GB are suspended or if we just have to wait as it's said on new port discussion ?

Not to rush things, as I understand other commitments, but I'm curious: when it IS finished, how will we know?  Since the closure of the thread in the "New Ports" forum, I've been trying to watch the recent SVN comments on the front page, but they're a lot of them if I don't check extremely often.

yeah ive been trying to read development on the 80gig as well. i usually check the wiki, forums, irc, and ipodlinux's 5.5g development page.

It is being worked on. When it is finished, there will be a post. Unless you want to do it instead, in which case come to IRC and tell LinusN that you'd like to take over the work.
