Well, again you didn't read the full instructions. See section 2.2.2 of the manual.

-wf is not in the instructions at all...

That doesn't give you a proper install of Rockbox (you'll have to -wf every time you update, and you've overwritten your apple firmware)

If I was you I would restore your ipod with itunes and follow the new, easy instructions here:

But please read the entire page, and do every step...  Everything on that page is there for a reason.
