Automatically dividing folders for music?

Sorry, I'm new to RockBox and the one thing bugging me about RockBox is that it doesn't have a selection so I can choose to search through Artist, Song title, Genre, All of the songs, etc. Is there some code or plugin for this? Thanks guys.

Well. Now I feel horrible.

 Another question then! If I wanted to search for a different song while another song is playing, I can't seem to be able to do it without stopping the song that is currently playing. Is there a way around this?

Yep. Since you haven't told me which player you have, I don't know which button to tell you to press, but it's the Select button in iPods, the Navi button on the H100/300, and the power button on Gigabeat, at least.
