5G Question
« on: February 14, 2007, 08:04:02 PM »
I tried installing iPL on my 5G 30GB iPod, and it said in the installer that to install it, it would lose all music files. I was wondering if installing RockBox does the same thing or if when I install it the AppleOS remains with all files and music intact? Thank you!

Rockbox leaves all your files and music intact.  It's always wise to have a backup though!

Thank you for the quick reply and the relief it granted me. I have all my music backed up, it just would take a long time to transfer about 15GB back to it.
