I need help . . .Loading error

it was my 1st time installing this firmware and did all the step at the manual guide then i restarted my ipod then it wont load . . .it says

Rockbox boot loader
Version: 20r12194-070204
Toshiba MK3008GAL
Partition 1:0x05 28521 MB
Loading Rockbox . . .
Error!
Can't Load Rockbox.ipod;
File not Found
Press Menu+Select to Reboot
then Select+play for disk mode



what should i do?

You didn't do all the steps exactly as they were written in the manual. Specifically the ones in section 2.2.2 weren't done properly.
