Rockbox Compatible???

Would the Ipod Nano 1st gen. rockbox firmware work on this device since it is so similar to the Ipod Nano?

I really don't like the firmware for this device, so if Rockbox won't work could anyone describe ANY other firmware that could work on this device?

Rockbox will ONLY work on targets that have exactly identical interior hardware to what it's intended to work on. So in this case, no, it won't work. It may be one of these players though: http://www.s1mp3.org/en/
