On the same pages you download the pre-built Rockbox binaries.

Or (preferably, as it's easier to keep up to date), you can download from SVN:

It's available as an archive under the 'current build' link

plus here in a web-browsable version:

http://svn.rockbox.org/viewvc.cgi/

I think a smidgin of searching might have turned those up...  ::)
