Fade on start
« on: February 11, 2007, 05:16:41 PM »
Hi,

Is there any way to enable "fade in" when you start rockbox and press play? I have enabled "Fade on stop/pause", but that doesn't seem to help, when you start rockbox and resume the song you where listening to before you shut it down, it doesn't fade it in.

I want fade everywhere, then you have a chance to turn down the volume if it is set too high. My Iriver can do this beautifully...any reason why rockbox behaves like it does?

As a workaround you can create a start-up config file.

Name it fixed.cfg, put it in the .rockbox folder and just put a single config statement in it:

volume: -35

I will try that. Thanks.
