lossless audio formats

In the manual said that such lossless audio formats as wav and flac are supported, but i did not find anything about widely distributed format APE.

Q:are there any codecs for rockbox? Is it supported?

Llorean:
APE is unlikely to be supported unless a less complex decoder becomes available that is also GPL compatible.
