Pictures above text - scrolling issue

hi everybody

first this forum is great help me alot

my problem is

when i load an image in a wps she appers above the the background and the text
thats means she at top level

BUT

when the text under the picture is scrolling you can she the text like the picture is not there or under it


the first time i saw this was in the box theme in the official build
the wps writer wanted the the text scroll only in a square frame
so he made all the picture pink except the border

for now it doesnt work and its really not good looking

so
why its happen
and how such a theme that not realy work as exspected
get it to the official build

all of this made me think im wrong or maybe there is a solution

Wait, are you talking about a theme you've made, or one of the official themes?

You say you're trying to make a theme and having this problem. You cannot put pictures and words in the same place. That's just how it works right now.

But what is your question about themes in the official builds?

i am talking about a theme i am trying to made
the idea came from the "box" theme in the official build

and its not true you cant put  pictures and text in the same place
because i'v done it
the broblem begins when you want to scroll the text

i want to hide part of the text by putting a picture above it - thats working.
i want to hide the same part of the text while its scrolling - fail (no part of the text were hidden

do you understand  the issue , if not ill try to explain more
