Problem with new SVN build?

(1/2) > >>

LittleGhost:
Below is the screenshot of what happened when i was compiling Rockbox revision 12233, after i updated my old source code.

Next, i've tried my older source code backup (revision 12152) and it worked just fine.

Could it be that the most recent SVN source code is messed up?

linuxstb:
This seems to happen with arm-elf-gcc 4.0.2 - try upgrading to the recommended 4.0.3

thanks you linuxstb.

But i couldnt obtain the 4.0.3, cygwin's installer doesnt have that version. Any ideas on how to install 4.0.3 manually?

LinusN:
I just upgraded the arm-elf-gcc cygwin package to 4.0.3. Please try it.

Nate!:
So to upgrade,
should we just run the cygwin setup again,
  choose the rockbox download,
  and just download/install the arm-elf-gcc?

Thanks in advanced.
