ipod keeps continiously restarting

I just uninstalled rockbox off of it, and now my 30gig ipod keeps restarting itself and not going farther then the apple on the screen then it makes a wierd kinda clicking noise and it keeps restarting itself ahh, now im scared i cant even turn it off it just keeps restarting, please tell me i can fix this

This means that you didn't uninstall it properly (or more likely in your case, you installed it improperly and then followed uninstall instructions that only work if you haven't messed things up by following the wrong install instructions).

Simply follow the instructions for booting it into Disk Mode, and restore your backed up bootpartition.bin as per the instructions on the page that you followed to install it originally.
