ok, it's just that when I asked over there, I got the impression that "don't come here with your problems and rockbox. go away."

But yes, i shouldn't have said that IPL and RB bash eachother based off of one members posts.

I need some direction on what to do... I just erased my fat 32 partition by accident in slax when I was trying to 'use the IPL tutorial to change the the primary partition.'

Oh well, I didn't have that much on there, but I would like to know what it would take to get rockbox to recognize the partition.

Rockbox should run fine as long as it's on the first Primary Fat32 partition. If you want to be extra cautious make the ext2 or ext3 partition after the Fat32 one.

to my knowledge here is my partitions

1. Loader2
2. Fat 32 Partition
3. Linux Partition

and partition 2 is primary... is this the way it is supposed to be?
