Kensington Stereo Dock work with Rockboxed iPod?

Hi,

does anyone happen to know if the Kensington Stereo Dock http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/reviews/comments/kensington-stereo-dock-for-ipod-ipod/ works with Rockboxed iPods?

I like to hook my player up to my Stereo but so far have only done it via the headphone jack and was wondering if this would be a good alternate solution.  Not sure if the device is dependent on the iPod running the Apple firmware though.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or other ideas to connect a Rockboxed iPod to a stereo via its dock port.

As far as we're aware, the *only* dock based adaptors that work with a rockbox running iPod are ones which use lineout, and nothing else.

If this is all this dock adaptor uses, you may be in luck - if it doesn't anything more fancy - then you're out of luck.
