Trouble with Compiling (arm-elf-gcc)

I know everyone has had to deal with this problem a million times, I HAVE read around the forums, followed the instructions on the wiki, changed my path, looked for arm-elf-gcc files (they are there)
I have used Notepad++ to edit etc/profile and I still get cygwin telling me that I don't have the compiler. Here is a pic of my session:


I am so confused at this point, I thought I was doing everything right ???
Any help is much appreciated :D

Looks like you have missed step 3 in the instructions:

thx for the quick reply,, I remember doing that tho, will try that step again to be sure ;)

Did a reinstall of everything from step 3, no error when looking for arm-elf-gcc  ;D looks like it will compile, didn't think it would be as simple as reinstalling :D

EDIT: now... just have to get my patches synced (all 13 of them lol)
