iPod Video 5G problems, can't even get past the first few steps.

before i go on, great forums, although i could not find what my problem is, i can see through most of posts, there are very helpful people around, so many i can get someone to help me.

every time, this being the 3rd time i've tried doing this.. when i type in ... ipodpatcher --scan, this happens...



any ideas? please help, as i'm about the point of ripping my hair out :(
