H120/HDD Replacement/Firmware Loading
« on: February 05, 2007, 02:51:40 PM »
I expect a new 30g hard drive to arrive any day now.  I did a bit a research and found instructions on how to partition the new HDD.  I'm not clear on the process to get both the original and Rockbox firmwares loaded.  I have another working H120 with both firmwares on it.  Can I just copy those files to the PC and then load them into the new HDD?

Just follow the install directions in the Rockbox manual. It tells you how to install Rockbox properly.
