I figured I was correct in my assumption, but just wanted to make sure from the devs.  I have sent a PM to Saphrano, so hopefully he will see it at some point.  Not sure though, since he hasn't been active for quite some time.  At least I still have the original ZIP he posted :)

Yes, but there are clearly stated rules around here. If you suggest to someone that they violate copyright again, you'll lose posting privileges.

theme and new working build will be updated within next month and uploaded to rockbox-themes.org as well as the source of WPS for modders

I put it on deviantart with all the sources, will do the same for WPS Gallery and rockbox-themes.org as soon as it starts accepting uploads again, or someone do it for me Smiley
