I can patch it:

Code: [Select]
while (0) {
sleep(0);
}

for you if you want. How's that?

Where has the Rockbox community failed you?  There are three excellent build environments already created for you (VMware, coLinux, cygwin) and wikis and forums full of collected wisdom and help on compiling.

If there is something specific you need help with just ask - but "bumping" unanswered threads asking for a handout isn't very polite.
Infact, it is against the Forum Posting Guidelines.

You will struggle with this, because it won't remain current when/if you upgrade versions and then it will stop working.

Maybe you could have a look through the custom builds section for someone else's build with Chopper built-in...

Neither coLinux nor cygwin are nearly as demanding as VMware.

Hey, fugot, I've recently compiled a build that includes the chopper patch (the one with the menu), my build is current with SVN from Feb 4. You might not like the scroll acceleration, but you can tweak the settings so that the acceleration doesn't activiate. There's a link on my sig for the 30GB, if you need a diffferent build check the unsupported builds forum.

If you like it let me know ;)
