Have you tried a different set of headphones?

You might have a short in your headphone cable or in the male connector.

srry there's no problem with the headphnes... it only sounds when i reset the gigabeat and change the THEME to another... :S i alredy reinstaled all again.. the sound just comes in afew moments i dont know how to xplain very well.. ty anyways :P
