Ipod not working please help

I installed Rockbox today on my 30gb ipod video and it worked fine. I turned it off and now it won't turn on, I press the menu button and nothing happens, I plug it into the computer and nothing happens whats wrong?


P.S I accidentally pressed Battery benchmark (I think thats what it was called) and it told me to turn it off in order to cancel it thats why I turned it off and now it won't turn back on

Press and hold the Menu button and the Select button simultaneously for about 30 seconds.  This should cause the player to reboot.

Has it changed in the new 5.5G? My 5G allways restarts after 6 seconds.

It works after 6 seconds if nothing has gone wrong. But in certain situations more time can be required.
