iPod 5.5g 30 gig...Trouble booting Apple OS.

Very simply put, I installed rockbox on my brother's mp3 player tonight, but whenever I try to boot into the Apple OS, it says loading original firmware, and then loops infinately. Any ideas? And I could not find anything in the search feature.

DanManners, it happened on my Video 5G 60gb too, mind sharing the solution to the problem?

Use an up to date bootloader.
