Need Help with video player..

I just found out how to get the movies on there and a few more. elephants dream plays but the video is like 10x slower then the audio and the other ones just say buffering for a few seconds i searched for something but couldnt find anything that could help me so if som1 can help fix it  that would be nice?

same problem here, mpegplayer is buggy as hell.
learn how to compile/apply patches and look for Kernel_on_COP, it allows mpegplayer to use the second processor in your player.
speaking of, which player are you using?

Rockbox is the best thing since sliced bread. But then again, sliced bread can taste really bland and make you gag in the mornings, so I guess Rockbox is a heck of a lot better than sliced bread. :)

It's not "buggy as hell." Bugs suggest things aren't working as intended. Right now, it's not finished, but everything pretty much works how it's expected. It's just expected to work very poorly.

yea but is there anything i can do to make it so the audio and video play at the same time. i have a 40gb ipod photo. and if there is a patch i have to apply can u post a link?

I believe it will help, but mpegplayer itself is, as mentioned above, still uncompleted. I've gotten it to work on my Iriver now, but the buffer size is miniscule (about 3-5 minutes of video max) and it can't refresh automatically, which means you'll have to break up your video into 20-meg blocks. O_O

Also, it constantly freezes my player and disables audio output, for some strange reason. o_O Resetting it multiple times fixes it.
