Help with playlists
« on: January 29, 2007, 06:40:33 PM »
Just loaded Rockbox on my Gigabeat X series.  Poops all over the standard firmware. The thing I've been missing the most ( from Ipod days ) was the playlist on the fly function.  Question however.......

Can I add things to a playlist while on the fly ....

Let's say I'm playing an album and I want to add another album or song to the playlist.  Do I have to get out of the WPS to do this or can I do this while still playing the current play list.  I can't work out how to do this ( if it's even possible ).

Tap the power button, browse to the song or folder you want to add, hold down the Center of the cross, choose the playlist option, and you should "Insert" "Queue" etc. Once you've added the songs you want, use the Power button to return to the playlist.
