Would anyone help me here?

I would like to be ability to both run rockbox and apples firmware on my iPod 5g.

Is it possible to get a file to do the same as the rockbox.ipod file? like ipod.ipod that started the regular firmware?

And how do you run regular plugins like rockblox? I have put the rockblox.tex file inside a folder, but the iPod does not see it.

You really need to take a look at the Rockbox Manual.  Your first question is answered in the 'Quick Start' capter.  Your second question is answered in the plug-ins chapter.

If you follow the standard install instructions in the manual, you can dual-boot between the original Apple firmware and Rockbox - the manual also tells you how.

All plugins listed in the manual come with Rockbox - when you install Rockbox you install all those plugins.  You don't download them separately.
