Archos Jukebox Studio 10 problem?

I have a Archos Jukebox Studio 10 (with Rockbox) which is not responding to commands.

The screen just shows the "battery level" bars (at the upper left hand corner), "volume bars"(at the upper right hand corner), the word "audio" surrounded by a circular line at the bottom of the screen (bottom middle), and the icon for "repeat track" directly to the left of the "volume bars".

I've tried everything to get out of this screen, such as shutting the unit down but it just stuck here.

Any suggestions? It just seems frozen on this screen.
