Default Rockboy iPod Keys?

What's the default keys for rockboy? In the manual it says select is start, and holding select is the menu. Also, on the main manual...the keys are for something else and aren't for the iPod. Any help? I have a 5.5G iPod video if that's any help. Also, the music on the iPod seems really fast and high pitched. Any help?

All of these keys are just ones you need to touch, not press:
MENU - Up
>|| - Down
>>| - Right
|>| - A
In between MENU and ||| and >>|  - Start
In between >|| and |

Oh wow...I think that should be in the manual because that works a lot better than me trying to press in the keys. Thanks alot!
