H320 not recognized by the Comp

Zivo:
i just install the newest rockbox version

and i have this problem
when the H320 is off and i m connecting it to the comp
it says "Bootloader USB mode" but no new HDD in My computer

if i disconnect it and turn it on and then connect it to the comp then everything is alright

why is this?

Bootloader USB mode does not work properly on certain H300s.
