Keyboard not saved in config.cfg

Before I report this as a bug, I'd like to ask if anyone else has experienced the same behaviour. I'm running an SVN build, compiled about 4 hours ago, on an iriver H340. If I select a non-default keyboard, by opening a .kbd file, this is not preserved in config.cfg when I shut the iriver down and restart it. .kbd files specified in saved .cfg files are not applied either, so if I want a keyboard other than the default, I have to load it manually every time I start Rockbox. Has anyone else experienced this, or has something else changed that I haven't noticed?

Is the .kbd file saved in /.rockbox/ ?

Yes, it is in /.rockbox.

I notice that if I change language, the .kbd specified in config.cfg changes accordingly, even though no such .kbd files exist. And changing keyboard causes the 'lang' entry in config.cfg to change. (Which strengthens my suspicion that something's not quite as it should be)

OK, I will report a bug.

I'd still like to know whether anyone else can replicate this on their player. I just built a simulator from the same source, and there saved .cfg files don't include an entry for keyboard at all, so I'm pretty sure now that something's up.
