USB Help

well i got rockbox yesterday and things have been going good, i like it a lot. But today i was adding a few plugins and stuff to my ipod (video 5.5g) and i took out and pluged in the usb cable a few times. Now when i plug in my usb it always says  "ok to disconnect" and i cant get it connected to my computer.. help  ???

It won't connect either through Disk Mode or through the Apple firmware?  I trust you've reset the device before trying to re-mount it.
