Zune dock connector pin out thread

Hi qables

I can tell you that the link I gave you is good, the connector on the cable is a double row 20 pins (so 40 pins total) and is the same as the dock one.(ok it is not smt mount, there are different model, actually, I have 2 differents cable mount connector )

As I have a pda E800, I can confirm this and I unsold the one I have to make the test on the gigabeat

Like markun said, the axim is different.

i am interested in buying 2 or 3 zune dock extension cables.
i need to connect the zune to the dock however because of where i am planning on putting it i cannot put it directly on its dock.
i need the dock for the inferred, video out and charging, please pm me with the details and i will be happy do discuss some sort of arrangement.

Well I have found the pin out.

13 and 14 are L and R.

Unfortunately the true line out can only be activated by an original certified microsoft dock :(

It looks like xsirex has pointed to a forum that addresses the pinout for the Zune.  I don't think this has any further overlap with Rockbox at the moment.  Contact me if you have a reason that you think it should be reopened.
