Battery issue on iPod 5G

I just noticed my rockboxed iPod wont start showing the "battery low" symbol. So I connected it via the dock conencter to the computer, but nothing happened. I restarted it via menu+select, rockbox boots and shows battery @ 55%.

Any experinces with this behaviour? Was the second time that happens with 2 diffrent daily builds now...
