hey i have a question well i just installed rockbox yesterday and i kept pressing these two buttons that like brought my ipod back to like its original setting ai have a 5th gen ipod video can u tell me plzz how i can do this agian.

i think i know what your asking. to answer your question you hold the center button and the menu button while rockbox is loading.
