Rockbox for the Blind, Installed but no record, no FM

I have Rockbox installed on my friends H320 and talking. BUT I don't have any record options and I don't have FM Tuner option. I just re-read the rockbox manual. My H320 does not do anything when I hit the rec button. I was able to make it record by going back to the iriver firmware, but that defeats my purpose of installing rockbox for my blind friend. Does anyone have any suggestions? I read through all the threads and have not seen anyone with the same issue.
I am using version 051130-1638....could I be using the wrong version?

Any suggestions?

That is a date. The version you're using is from November 30th, 2005. Very very very out of date.
