What are they mean(listxpos, listypos, listlines, listwidth
is list xpos  begging dot ?
is list ypos ending dot??

Twilight in Zero:
Those are only used for this patch.

They're used to define attributes for the menu like its starting position, how many lines it has, and how wide it is.
