Hard drive upgrade problem with my Archos Studo 20

It's 137Go, so about 128Gib. Make sure your partition are LBA48 and you're firmware is LBA48 too. You should have the big one without the special firmware. To test it in your archos don't reassemble all of it. It doesn't work the first time.
Two Primary LBA48 (0x0C) FAT32 partitions with paragon should works.
Wiki says to put the small at 0x1C, same but hidden because hardware limitations make some errors to copy.
