I am trying to install rockbox on my 4th gen ipod photo 20gig, but it keeps going wrong somewhere. I have found around three different manuals/directions for installing rockbox on my ipod, and I am wondering, from someone who has successfully installed rockbox on the same ipod, how to install it

Generally the answer is "you install it by following the directions in the manual".

If they're not working, explain how and why, and maybe someone can help you.
