My H320 doesnt start

Hey, I tried to play doom and it didnt work and sudenly the H320 shutdown and it doesnt start again, what can I do?
please help me.

Have you tried to reset it? There's a reset hole in the left side of the player just right under the mic. Use a pin for that, push gently and then retry to power it on again.
