ipod screen frozen
« on: January 17, 2007, 11:48:06 PM »
After downloading rockbox to my 1st gen ipod nano and playing around for a while i was running a plug-in called star and my screen froze all of a sudden. I can't turn it off, my computer won't recognize it as a disk when earlier all I had to do was unplug and replug my ipod into my computer, and I don't know what do do or even how to turn it off. I'd like to just uninstall rockbox and put the original software back on it. Can someone help me?

The instructions for uninstalling it say to delete the rockbox.ipod file on my ipod but if my computer doesn't recognize my ipod as a disk then how am I supposed to do that?

I love locking threads, but this one is fine, so I'll leave it alone.  Good luck.
