geastes, I don't know which set of instructions you are following, but you might find it helpful to follow the instructions in the Rockbox Manual rather than on the wiki.  The instructions in the manual were updated (as of today) to be more clear.  We haven't yet incorporated those changes into the version on the wiki.

Llorean:
You are in C:\Documents and Settings\Graham>
You need to be in C:\Rockbox>

You shouldn't be TYPING C:\Rockbox> at the start of every line.
