You didn't follow the instructions explicitly. They tell you to change directories to the one where iPodplacther is stored. You skipped that step.

What you're instead doing is typing in the full path to the command, which is like saying "Take the program over there, but run it here" which works in the first step, but not the second, because it doesn't know that the bootloader.ipod file is also 'there'.

at the moment i the bootloader is in  c:\rockbox\bootloader-ipodnano.ipod

Change directories to C:\Rockbox
