rockbox error -1 ipod 30g

I have successfully downloaded Rockbox onto my ipod. when i reset my ipod to run it, the "rockbox error -1" shows and goes straight to my original firmware screen. I have seen similar posts, but i havn't been able to solve this problem. Thanks!
