Vegas6:
ok i got a lot of help from reading other peoples posts but this i cant seem to crack. in the commands, i'm not sure what to replace "[device]" with???.
that is the only problem for now and hopefully the last.

Febs:
When you run ipodpatcher --scan, it will provide you with a device number.  Use that number.

For future posts, please use whole words, and not abbreviations like 'plz.'  Our posting guidelines require this.

Vegas6:

Yes you gussed right the device is 1 in your case.

robin0800:
Remove the quotes the brackets and the word device with the number found when you did ipodpatcher --scan.
