H140: update bootloader v6 -> v7-pre3

While trying to update the bootloader v6 with the new one on this page
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IriverFlashing
I receive the message "Incompatible/Untested bootloader".
Is the information on this page wrong and the bootloader v7 is not yet ready or have I a problem because my H140 has already rockbox in flash ?

I had this problem and after talking to Slasheri on IRC we determined that it seems that the SVN precompiled builds on the site for some reason have an outdated/non-functional version of iriver_flash.  If you compile rockbox (not the bootloader) from SVN it works fine.

I have since found that I cannot turn on using the remote with bootloader 7 pre 3 (it thinks hold is on).  If you get it flashed could you check this on yours and let me/Slasheri know?

btw, in the daily builds, the iriver_flash is up-to-date.

Interesting, something odd must have been going on in the SVN builds yesterday!

Does switching on with the remote work?

I tested turning on using the remote.
I does work, but the text on the display is shown 2 times.

 Â       Boot RAM image
==> Boot ROM image
 Â       Shutdown
 Â       Boot from disk
 Â       Boot RAM image
==> Boot ROM image
 Â       Shutdown
 Â       Boot from disk

And I have to press PLAY instead of NAVI/MENU on the remote .

I tried to upgrade the bootloader since a few days. Therefore I think at least the iriver_flash plugin is not up to date for longer.

Edit: SVC builds seems now fixed
