Help disabling theme

I've been playing with themes in a new ipod 5.5G 30 GB and I got to this one where all I get is a white screen with a few black dots and nothing more.  I cannot change theme because I see nothing in the screen.  Any simple way of fixing this?.

Reset the settings.

Thanks.  I found the way in other post:  pressing "hold" while rebooting early makes you go back to apple firmware.  Doing it a bit later reboots rockbox resetting all settings.  Very useful when you mess up!.
